A plan is what each student pays: "Unlimited monthly", "Twice a week", "Kids", "8-class pack". Fees are created from each plan, and the agent uses your plans to answer how much it costs to train.
Where: menu → Catalog → Plans
Each plan goes with a discipline and a category. If you haven't added any yet, do that first in Disciplines, categories and belts: until then, the Add button doesn't appear.
Creating a plan
- Tap Add on the Plans card.
- Choose the Plan type:
- Monthly: the fee is charged every month, or every 3, 6 or 12 months (quarterly, every six months, yearly).
- Class pack: paid once, and each kiosk check-in uses up one class. You choose how many classes it includes and after how many days it expires (empty: it doesn't expire).
- Enter the Name, the Discipline and the Category.
- Enter the price and how many months apart it's charged.
- Days per week: 0 means unlimited; for "Twice a week", enter 2.
- If you want to show a discount, enter the Reference price (the list price): the table shows the "% off".
- Leave it as Active: on offer and save.
Changing or deactivating a plan
With Edit you change the price or the details. A plan that already has students can't be deleted: you deactivate it instead. It stops being offered and the history stays. The table shows how many students each plan has.
Packs are sold from the student's profile (Sell pack), where you can also see how many classes they have left. The drop-in class price is in Fees and late fees.
