Everything in DojoTally uses what you enter here: the name appears in every message to students, the agent gives out the address when people ask where you are, and the logo shows up in the menu, in the student portal and on receipts.
Where: Settings → How does your academy look?
The academy
- Name. It's what students see in every message.
- Time zone and Daily run time. At that time, in the academy's time zone, fees are created and the day's notices go out.
- Automatic messages window. From what time until what time people can be messaged (by default, 9:00 to 21:00, in the academy's time zone). Reminders, collections, recipes and every other automatic notice only go out in that window: anything that falls outside waits for the next opening. The agent's replies to whoever writes in always go out, and so do notices to the team.
- Language and Regional format. How dates are written (day/month/year, month/day/year…), times (24-hour or 12-hour), weight (kilograms or pounds) and which day the week starts on. It's suggested based on the language, and you can change it. Below, you'll see an example of how it looks.
- Colors. The color palette for the panel, the student portal and the kiosk tablet.
- Address. The agent gives it out when people ask where you are, and it's included in the trial class reminder.
- Phone and Academy email. The agent shares them if someone asks how to contact you.
- Person in charge. Who runs the academy. It's internal: the agent doesn't share it.
Tap Save when you're done. Your academy's web address (tuacademia.dojotally.com) and currency can't be changed from here: if you need to change them, write to us.
Logo
Upload your logo as a PNG, JPG or WEBP: DojoTally resizes it for you. It appears in the menu, in receipt PDFs and in the student portal.
Member card
Each student has a member card with a QR code for checking in at the kiosk. There are two styles:
- Basic: the academy logo tinted with the color of the student's belt.
- Artistic: your own illustration (square, up to 8 MB), for all belts or one per belt. Before saving it, DojoTally checks that the QR code can be read on top of it.
The colors come from the belts in your Catalog and update automatically when the student is promoted. Cards are printed or sent from Students (Print cards and Send cards).
