The weekly schedule is what the kiosk uses to know which class each person is checking in to, what the agent uses to offer trial classes in slots that exist, and what the trial calendar is built on. Fill it in completely, including the ages for each class.
Where: menu → Schedule

Adding a class
- Scroll down to Add a class.
- Enter the Name (for example "Adults Gi") and, if you have more than one room, the Room.
- Choose the Days, the Time and the Length in minutes.
- Choose the Discipline and the Category.
- In Instructors you can add one or more coaches.
- Fill in What ages is this class for? It's required: the agent uses it to offer each person only the classes for their age.
- If you want, set a Capacity (empty means no limit) and Trial spots per day.
- Choose the Color and save.

- Works as a first class: uncheck it for classes that aren't for someone just starting out (an Open Mat, for example). The agent won't offer them as a trial.
- Mat cleaning draw: a set number of minutes after the class starts (you choose how many), DojoTally picks who cleans from the students present, and notifies them and the coach.
The class list
Below the calendar is the list with the days, time, length and whether the class is offered as a trial. From there you can edit it or pause it (⏸). If a class is missing its ages, a yellow warning appears: fill them in, because without them the agent won't offer the class as a trial.

Days off and cancellations
In Days off you add holidays, breaks or a cancelled class:
- Choose One day or Several days (holidays) and the date.
- In What's cancelled, choose The whole academy or a single class.
- Write the reason (optional).
- Check Notify students if you want them to get a WhatsApp message with the "Class cancelled" template.
- Tap Cancel.
If you cancel a class from the calendar, you choose who to notify: by group or student by student. The notice goes out from the academy's WhatsApp. Coaches can also cancel their own classes if their role has the Cancel classes and notify permission (see Team).
